The woman at the front desk was a huge help in locating the bright white tile we were after, which can be a real challenge. Once we picked our tile and placed the order, they showed up right on the day we asked for. Our bathroom now looks absolutely gorgeous, classy, and spotless. Out of all the tile shops we checked out, this one stands out as the best in every aspect, from service to the quality of the tiles. I checked out the Brentford showroom after it reopened post-2020 lockdown to see a particular colorful wall tile I had spotted online. I grabbed a sample to think about it. We went back, placed our order, and paid in-store instead of online since there was a seasonal discount notice on the tiles that had lapsed during the lockdown, but they agreed to honor it.

Grant was super helpful in setting up a 'pick & pack' and they kept the tiles for a couple of months until I was ready for delivery, which was super easy to arrange through email. I was a bit anxious when I noticed the tiles were out of stock online, but it turned out to be no problem. The delivery arrived on time, well-packaged, and all the tiles were in perfect shape. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful too.

Later on, we decided to tile another spot and needed an extra box. The tiles were back in stock, so my partner swung by the Ash Vale store since he was nearby that day. With its trade counter, it was a breeze to grab a box there. He brought the original order form, and I believe the price was the same as the first order, which was discounted. The tiles look amazing, really vibrant, and the bathroom might just be our favorite room in the house! We’re very satisfied customers.

Really like the tiles! The customer service was solid when I ordered, and the delivery was right on schedule. Just a heads up, make sure to get the amounts right because the fee for returns is pretty high, and you’ll need to cover the cost of sending back the pallet yourself.

We placed our order 10 days back and still haven't received our tiles. The work at our place is stuck because the company can't get the tiles to us on schedule, even though we ordered them ahead of time. They asked for our phone number and then just left us hanging for a week! It was only after we reached out again that they said they organized the delivery, but honestly, no tiles have come. I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.

I'm still on the fence about which tiles to choose for my renovation, but right now, the Valverdi tiles are definitely leading the pack. Appreciate the quick delivery of the samples!

A couple of weeks back, we revamped our kitchen and utility room with Amazon Black Riven Slate tiles from The Tile Source, which is part of The London Tile Company, and let me tell ya, it looks absolutely amazing! These tiles are beautiful, and the staff were super helpful in figuring out how many we’d need for the design we had in mind (a mix of 300x300mm, 300x600mm, and 600x600mm). We’re so happy with the results that we’re planning to order more soon to do the hallway in the same style.
